Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, 7z77z reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel any bonuses received.

At registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and other contact details. Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 7z77z support team immediately. If you share your account details with a third party, you are responsible for all activity that takes place on that account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on 7z77z are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all payment activities.

3.1 Deposit Terms
- Funds deposited on 7z77z may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform.
- Withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- If a deposit comes from a third-party account, 7z77z reserves the right to hold the transaction until it has been verified.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals are allowed while a bonus wagering requirement is still active; however, any winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, 7z77z may suspend a withdrawal and request additional verification.
3.3 Bank Transfer
Major commercial banks in Bangladesh are supported for bank transfer payments (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Bank transfers may take longer to process than other payment methods.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per account.
- 7z77z reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 7z77z may forfeit the bonus and investigate the account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Separate terms may apply to each specific promotion and will be listed on the relevant offer page.
VIP Loyalty Program
7z77z operates a three-tier VIP program for regular members. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.
VIP tier progression depends on a member's activity and contribution on the platform. 7z77z reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time, though earned benefits for existing members will be preserved where possible.
Prohibited Activities & Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7z77z. Violating these restrictions may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:
- Operating an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system to make risk-free profits (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
- Using automated software, bots, or any kind of cheating tool.
- Attempting to access another member's account or to breach the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening other members.
- Disrespectful or threatening conduct toward 7z77z staff.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 7z77z's Rights
7z77z reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of:
- Breach of any provision of these terms.
- Fraud or suspicious financial activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Exploiting technical errors.
- A self-requested account closure under the responsible gaming policy.
7.2 Member's Rights
A member may request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless the account has been forfeited due to fraud.
